Every plan includes a 1-month free trial. During this period, you enjoy the full storage of your chosen plan without paying anything. No credit card is required to start the trial.
How is my bill calculated?
Your plan automatically adjusts to your actual usage. If your storage exceeds 95% of your current tier, you move to the next tier after 7 days (with prior notification). If your usage drops sustainably, your plan is automatically optimized to a lower tier after 30 days. Clear and predictable pricing, without any action on your part.
Can I recover my data at any time?
Yes. You can download your photos from the web interface or order a copy on USB drive. No digital lockdown.
Why is it more expensive than Google?

Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can switch from Google Play to Stripe (or vice versa) at any time from your settings.
How do I cancel?
From the app or your web space, in one click. No justification required.
Why two different prices?
When you pay through the Android app via Google Play, a 15% commission is charged by the platform on each transaction. This commission, imposed on all app publishers, is reflected in the in-app price.
By subscribing directly on monecrin.fr, this commission does not apply. You automatically get our best rate. The quality of service is strictly identical regardless of the payment method chosen.
Example: the XS plan – 100 GB costs €2.99 incl. tax/month on the website, compared to €3.49 incl. tax/month in the app, saving €6 per year.
Does my web subscription work on the Android app?
Yes, absolutely. Whether you subscribe from the website or the app, your subscription is linked to your account and works on all your devices. The only difference is the price: the web rate is more advantageous as no intermediary commission applies.
How do I pay from the website?
Log in at monecrin.fr, go to your subscriber area, then choose your plan. Payment is secured by Stripe (PCI DSS certified): credit card, SEPA direct debit or Apple Pay.
